Refund policy
At OSANA, we stand behind the quality of our footwear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2.1. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging (shoebox included).

The shoebox must be protected by an outer shipping box; do not tape the shoebox itself.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.2. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).
2.3. Shipping for Returns For the first exchange, OSANA provides a pre-paid shipping label. For simple returns for a refund, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.4. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items with visible signs of wear on the soles or upper leather.
